In the eye of a nuclear storm, an orphan dwells the ruins of a forgotten city wiped out in a bright white flash. Lonely, afraid, dressed in rags, she tries to protect herself from the fallout. Ashes raining from blood red skies. Her stare is cold and empty. The last image haunting her shell shocked brain is the one of her little brother mangled and torn apart after playing with a hand grenade. A pale white face still stained with mother’s blood, who’s body shielded her. In the eye of a nuclear storm, an orphan dwells the ruins of a forgotten city wiped out in a bright white flash. At night the missiles came without warning, without pity, without remorse. Family... Broken. Happiness... Destroyed. Life... Shattered. Days of devastation. Days of desolation.
Aussie trio Burger Chef dish out a hearty helping of noise rock with a side of d-beat: messy, raw, and oh-so satisfying. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 20, 2022

The hatred and contempt for structure and society can be felt in the music. Personally, I feel this is the best project of all those involved, and I mean that as a compliment of what they've accomplished here. One of my favorite modern crust records. I hope this absolute force of a band continues to hit this powerfully. reybrutal
